Middle Ageish Podcast Ashley Bedosky

Ashley Bedosky

My name is Ashley Bedosky and I am a 52 year old wife to an amazing man, mother of 2 boys and mom to 3 very naughty dogs. I own 2 franchises, Lizard Thicket Boutique in Newnan and the Pure Barre studio here in Peachtree City. So my perspective comes from being a business owner in the fields of fashion and fitness. I am so grateful that I get to surround myself with women (both in my store and the studio) who believe in empowering each other, showing each other grace, and most importantly making each other feel special in even the smallest of ways. Kindness will always matter! I am living proof that “if you love what you are doing, you will never work a day in your life” so ladies, cheers to being middle age!

Middle Ageish Podcast Lisa Kelly

Lisa Kelly

I’m Lisa Kelly. I’m a 46 year old married woman with 4 incredible kids! I live here in Peachtree City GA but I am originally from Dublin, Ireland. I only moved to GA 12 years ago to settle down after a career of being in the entertainment industry. I was an original member of the PBS show, Celtic Woman, spent 7 years touring the US and performing all over the world with the show. Prior to Celtic Woman, I toured the US with Riverdance, as their lead singer, which is where I met my wonderful husband, Scott, who was a dancer with the show. My whole life has been on a stage. I grew up in a musical household with 2 incredible sisters and parents who lived for music and theater. It was all we knew. When I retired from Celtic Woman and settled in GA in 2012, we opened The Lisa Kelly Voice Academy. The Academy has become bigger and better every year and I am so thankful I get to teach others to find their voice, their confidence and their soul. This has, truly, been the highlight of my career. Every day is a gift.

Dr, Pam Wright

I'm Dr. Pam Wright, a licensed psychologist and mental health expert. Over the past 15 years I have dedicated my practice and mission to changing the lives of children, adolescents, families, and couples by focusing on three areas: balance, growth and fulfillment.

Those three parts of my identity were solidified after recovering from an illness that left me unable to walk for two years and ended a successful career as a television news reporter. Since then, I have fully recovered, switched careers, earned a Doctorate in Psychology, got married, had a family, and established my practice, where I now serve as the Founder and Director of The Life Change Group.

This change has been a blessing, because now I get to help my clients find their truths and balance, and become the best versions of themselves. Every day I see and hear the intricacies and complexities of work, family, social media and all the daily stresses and anxiety - it can be so hard to manage sometimes.

I'll be presenting more about balancing being a wife, mom, and a psychologist, as well as looking at all the different responsibilities we have as we hit this middleage-ish time in our lives.
